Warranty and Returns Information
All warranty claims and returns must be pre-approved. In order to obtain an approval, you must complete the RMA Form and fax it to 305-436-9510 ATTN: CUSTOMER SERVICE along with a copy of the original Invoice. Please allow 24 hours for processing.
*** DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITH OUT AN APPROVAL – THEY WILL BE REFUSED ***

RMA''s will be issued for DOA products only within 15 days of Invoice date.
- After 15 days, Warranty Repair Return Approvals will be issued.
- Once repaired, we will ship the unit back to you at your expense.

Vizio |
- Vizio Warranty is 90 days on 32" which can be returned to Escada. You must fax a completed RMA form and a copy of your invoice with the part # & serial # to prove it is within the 90 Day Warranty
- 37" & up, within the U.S. you must call Vizio at (949) 428-2525 ext. 2520 and they will dispatch a repair technician to your location. Vizio will ask you to fax them a copy of your invoice with the part # & serial # to prove it is within the 90 Day Warranty.
- 37" & up, outside of the U.S. you can call Escada Customer Service (305) 436-8520. You must fax a completed RMA form and a copy of your invoice with the part # & serial # to prove it is within the 90 Day Warranty
