Warranty and Returns Information

 

All warranty claims and returns must be pre-approved. In order to obtain an approval, you must complete the RMA Form and fax it to 305-436-9510 ATTN: CUSTOMER SERVICE along with a copy of the original Invoice. Please allow 24 hours for processing.

 

*** DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITH OUT AN APPROVAL – THEY WILL BE REFUSED ***

 

 

Compaq/HP Warranty

RMA''s will be issued for DOA products only within 15 days of Invoice date.

  • After 15 days, Warranty Repair Return Approvals will be issued. 
  • Once repaired, we will ship the unit back to you at your expense.

 

Acer Warranty

  • In the U.S. Acer Warranty is direct through Acer.
    • Contact Acer at (800) 816-2237
    • Warranty is 90 days from date of invoice.
    • Acer will ask you to fax a copy of your invoice to prove it is within the 90 day warranty.
  • Outside of the U.S. Escada will process warranty on your behalf.
    • Contact Escada Customer Service (305) 436-8520
    • Warranty is 90 days from date of invoice.
    • Fax a completed RMA form and a copy of your invoice with the part # & serial # to prove it is within the 90 Day Warranty to fax # (305) 436-9510.

Vizio

  • Vizio Warranty is 90 days on 32" which can be returned to Escada. You must fax a completed RMA form and a copy of your invoice with the part # & serial # to prove it is within the 90 Day Warranty
  • 37" & up, within the U.S. you must call Vizio at (949) 428-2525 ext. 2520 and they will dispatch a repair technician to your location. Vizio will ask you to fax them a copy of your invoice with the part # & serial # to prove it is within the 90 Day Warranty.
  • 37" & up, outside of the U.S. you can call Escada Customer Service (305) 436-8520. You must fax a completed RMA form and a copy of your invoice with the part # & serial # to prove it is within the 90 Day Warranty
